My Daily Breakfast
So far so good! One day on the new eating plan haha! I love the breakfast which came directly from The Palm Method! with a piece of grain bread added
There is a science in food and so this breakfast combination is for a reason
Breakfast is
one piece of grain bread (not recommended by the Palm Method if your BMI is not under 30% for weight loss)
One softly poached egg (cant remember why you have the yolk runny but there is a reason) on a bed of rocket leaves (rocket suppresses the appetite and of course is great to have live raw food for energy) slices of avocado and tomato on the grain bread. You could actually go without the bread and just have on the rocket leaves on a plate. Its Delicious! and I don’t mind the egg cold if I have to take it to work – great with freshly ground pepper.
One of the things I picked up from Damian’s Talk last week was the importance of live raw food, not meaning wiggling on your plate but grown and fresh.

Added on June 17th, 2008 at 12:13 amDamian’s DVD talked about runny eggs being better to lower cholesterol but where does he talk about having an egg on rocket leaves for breakfast. I didn’t find that on his DVD anywhere??
