		<description>Hello Phyllis, I went to Damian&#039;s Dunedin seminar last Thursday (23/10) and was truly inspired by your story and even more so when I logged onto your blog.  I&#039;ve already made changes since in my food and exercise.  I gained weight when I gave up smoking on 1.1.07 and picked up a diet coke habit which I stopped on Friday!  (At the time diet coke seemed a healthy choice than smoking but any excuse period is long since gone.)  Still trying to work out my &#039;wobble factor&#039;.

I was at Damians seminar last night. Congratulations on your loss so far, you look amazing and are doing great. Keep it up!

Thoroughly enjoyed the seminar, found it entertaining, informative and very thought provoking. My heart sank thou during the presentation for the 112 day challenge. I think it&#039;s an amazing package, a hug lifestyle chane and head start but sadly out of the reach of someone like myself..a single mum with 3 kids trying to make ends meet each day. I am still inspired tho and with 70 kg to lose I know I have a long road ahead of me but feel better informed to try and tackle it after last night.</description>

I put on 20kgs with my pregnancy and have got 6.9kgs to lose before I&#039;m at my target weight of 69kgs. Reading your story has helped me realise its not just going to happen, I have to MAKE it happen. I&#039;m exercising 40 mins a day (walk/run) and eating healthy along with drinking heaps of water. In the last 2 weeks, I&#039;ve lost 3.1kgs. Thankyou for your story.</description>

I have started this 7-day plan, http://www.osteopath.com.au/fat.htm and I have also discovered some great recipes at &#039;formula for life.&#039; This may or may not help you or others out there.  I love the food and don&#039;t feel hungry, I actually feel guilty for eating so much, but it works so well.
This is my 3rd week and I have lost 5 kgs so far.  I am now 69.9!  This is the first time under 70kg in over 2 years when I lost over 24kgs.  So I am back on the track and really wanting to push through to the end with you.  
I have just added weight resistance to my bike - a trailer carrying my 5 year old son.  I can&#039;t believe I used to carry more than his weight around with me every day, in every step I took.  
I hope that you are doing the running with your hubby and I am sure we would all love to see some new pictures of you.
