78 Days To Go (112 Day Challenge)

Just got back from Curves – and yesterday I finally made 20 visits on the board. I also made it on to their kilo lost board at 2.6 kilos for the month of April in number 1 position! and 5.5cm at 5th spot on the measurement loss board! I am wrapped and the good thing is each time I go I stare at that Board! Motivation!!! I want to get on that board every month – well actually I have no choice really but to be on it.

I am off to Wellington tomorrow morning for a weekend conference so will be a test of my willpower and commitment to stick with my programme with all the socialising available! I am travelling with another women and she is also watching what she is eating so it makes it easier

  1. While your in Wellington try to get to a Les mills down there if its crap weather. I pretty sure your membership will allow for that. Go to the New World down near town and grab yourself a purse full of protein bars and low cal chewing gum. If your standing around in a conference morning tea session with the lump of chewing gum in your gob you wont be able to spit it out easily without looking like a twelve year old so that will make you less likely to shuv the piece of cake or savory into your mouth. You are still able to drink so carry a pack of equal tablets in your purse to for all the tea and coffee. DONT CHEAT YOURVE WORKED TOO HARD FOR IT TO BLOW UP NOW.

    I was inspired by the Tri running that you have been doing and that has been a motivation for me too. I don’t know about you, but as it gets wetter and colder I’m finding it too easy to back out of going for a run or walk. I have no excuses now as I am going to give it my best shot, while you do too! I will be cheering you on as well as doing my bit to try and keep up with you, if that is possible?
    Go for it girl!
