81 Days To Go (112 Day Challenge)

I have had a great day again and got down to Curves at 6.30am for a quick 30 minute work out before work.

I stayed on track with my eating and the only thing I think I could do better was actually get to bed tonight at a reasonable time. I am a night owl combined with an early bird which means not a lot of sleep and from what I have been reading it’s important!

I weigh tomorrow so am looking forward to a shift in the scales in the right direction!

How is everyone else doing?!

You know for some of us mums who can’t work through the school holidays this is probably the worst two weeks so far – just trying to keep on track with eating properly and then ignoring the craving for chocolate as an antidote to kids who are bored is a mission. Still roll on Monday and all is back to normal. Its been interesting reading your journey and well done for being 1/3 of the way there.     yes I know what you are saying. My girls are older now but it doesnt stop them wanting pizza and to go out for dinner!
    They both have beautiful healthy bodies and take care of themselves by playing sport and exercising.
    Maybe you could do something active with the children each day and make a healthy picnic the treat?
