82 Days To Go (112 Day Challenge)
Another great day!
Interesting how when you get on a roll all starts to go well. I went for another longer walk today and did 10 kms with no problems – I knew I had done it when I was finished and I have been alittle slower getting up but other than that no aches and pains.
I feel well able to do the SBS 10kM walk in June and hopefully I will be 5 kilos lighter by then so less to carry around. I am focused on getting to 75 kilos as my next weight goal.
Straight after I went for the walk this morning it poured down so
1. I was glad I had already been
2. I was glad I didn’t have to test myself out on the willpower of going in the rain.
I am looking forward to getting to curves in the morning for abit of resistance training as well.
Kelly who is on the journey as one of the readers had lost 38 kilos also points out the importance of some weight training for women and its true. Helps us in so many ways!
