90 Days To Go (112 Day Challenge)

Hey all! I’m feeling great, managed to go to curves for 6 days in a row which is a first for me for so long with any form of exercise. I got home from exercising today to find my husband in the lounge with two sets of boxing gloves ! yes one pair was for me.

Now let me tell you my husband uses boxing training twice a week for fitness and he is fit fit fit! I am not! He informs me that he is going to start helping me more by starting to get me to do some boxing with him. I must say I gave it my best which in his world was probably half arsed! but it did feel good , getting absoultely worn out in a short period of time.

try it some time, it will certainly give me a good upper body workout.

Tomorrow I walk as Curves is not open.

I am aiming for at least a walk tomorrow. I plan to lay in bed in the morning and read Suzanne Prentices other book "Keeping It Off"

I have as I said been on track with my food and I’m feeling pretty positive.
