Finally back to my lowest weight on the challenge. I had a few minutes of panic the other day thinking what have I done! Who do I think I am thinking I can take on this challenge and do it and even worse think I can motivate others with my story. Then i forced myself to stop listening to the voice in my head and say to myself :…………‘Stop! you can do this and you know what of course I can!
I know that time is ticking now and I have basically wasted two months but I am back on track this week.
That’s three mornings in a row that I have exercised and three days in a row that I have stuck to my eating plan, I’m going for four tomorrow.
Some of you might know that I’m at Curves at the moment exercising and I feel that it is suiting me as you can start out as gentle as you want or go as hard as you want. I do miss a treadmill though but if I be honest I have not been motivated enough to want to be on one.
I think I told you guys in one of my posts about reading something that says you should exercise twice a day if weight loss is your thing and well I’m still to get to that – best intentions!
I have had some wonderful emails from other women and men either really offering support or telling me their stories and I want to say a big thank you !
