Adro and His Story

Today of course was more of the same. Did Exercises and tried new dishes. Adro also talked about his journey and there was some valuable stuff in his talk that I took away and will apply. I am looking forward to weighing on Sunday and of course am nervous and excited about it all at the same time. I am also ready for home as I feel with all that I have learnt in such a short time will ensure I make it to my other important weigh in on the 8th December. Some one emailed me about the food and I have to tell you we aren’t locked in here with a lettuce leave and tomatoes. We have choices about what we eat and there is plenty of food to choice from as well as it is always available if you need to eat in between. Today I had Kangaroo sausages and before you go gross! They were actually nice , for lunch I had my favourite which was calamari on spinach with a teriyaki sauce and tonight we had chicken pizza with no pizza dough in sight. The food is actually very nice and I will take many of the recipes I have learnt in here and use them at home modifying them to fit with my taste. I am off to burn some more calories on the treadmill – Night :)
