Clarifying my Mini Challenge and Count Down
Some people are getting confused about my mini challenge and count down thinking I’m finishing in 63 days when I still have to December 8th to go. What the mini challenge is, it is a small goal to aim for inside my bigger one of the end of the year. The smaller target coincided with a trip overseas with some friends on the 21st July. I really want to be 70 kilos by then.
Vibration Training
I am actually enjoying it and had my first proper workout today. I think he went easy on me at my two trial ones. I actually had sweat running down my back! when walking on the treadmill which has a skirt like a kayak and then sucks the air out and you walk in a little chamber. I’m not describing it well! Anyway then I had the vibration session and it was hard. I think it gives you a good workout and also works on your core strength as you are holding positions for a minute at a time.
I have a dinner to go tonight so will see how I go as I have decided to have a wine and enjoy it.
