Day 101 Down (112 Day Challenge)

I have had a pretty full on day today! Actually the whole week has been like it. It started on Monday with my daughters car being stolen from outside our house and just carried on from there. But enough feeling sorry for myself, back to what I’m here for.

One of my staff has typed up a three week eating plan for myself, her and another staff member. We are also exploring sharing a trainer for a few sessions on running ( well they will run and I will attempt it!).

I have been overwhelmed by the response from the Magazine article, which I will try to add to my website or blog if I can.

When the flurry of activity slows down on my site I will also add some of other peoples stories.

Now back to what I said I would talk about today and that’s the acting like I’m thin already.  I believe if I asked myself when doing things or eating is this the actions of a thin person – what would my answer be?

A group of us had a discussion today at work about why can some of us seem not to lose weight or more to the point why some of us can’t keep it off. An example is  – I’m to busy working all day and the opposite of that is – I have nothing to do so I eat because I’m bored! You see polar opposites but the same excuse! The conclusion we came to was that It’s what’s happening between our ears that effects why we do things – our mindset!

You see we all have choices – you choice if you are going to move more – eat less or eat better or more in some of our cases we aren’t eating enough or well enough. Damian Kristof loves the quote

‘Let Food Be They Medicine and Medicine be they food” Hippocrates.

Have you ever noticed like I did just last Sunday on my birthday! that when i over ate I felt disgusting and sluggish and tired, I didn’t come right until the next day and it was all because of the food.

I also notice as many people would that after eating white bread I feel very sleepy and get the late afternoon low.  I am hosting Damian on a teleseminar very soon and hopefully I will be able to announce in the next day or two who I am having on a call in the next week or two.   1. Hi – saw your article. Thanks for the inspiration to pick myself up and start again. I lost 28 kilos and have gained about 5 back, aiming to lose 7 to get me to the top of the WW goal range. I’ve started with a 100 day challenge.

    you go girl, you have lost the amount that I need to lose. What time period did you take to lose it? You starting your 100 day challenge today means we are only one day apart
