End of My 112 Day Challenge

Hi all

I have been so slack with posting lately!

Well its the last day of my 112 day mini challenge i set myself inside of this challenge and my weight is 74.9 down from 79.9 when I started it so I have lost 5kilos on it. Not that good but I will take it – a loss is a loss!

I am off on my holiday tomorrow and man is that going to be challenging in terms of food! Time I will have thought to exercise so see what happens! I can not afford to put on any weight and in fact I will have to lose some! How annoying!

I wanted to be 70 Kilos so that I had a few kilos up my sleeve. I have been told the heat should make it easier for me to lose and of course I don’t have to go to work so I will have more time for exercise.

My goals for when I’m away are

Small goal = lose 3 kilos

Big goal = 5 kilos!!!

yes I know – I set my sites far to high but that’s me all over.

Kelly one of the followers of this site has had a few things going on for her so if you can take the time to send her your best wishes that would be great. You can reply to her post under my last postings – look for the comments button and click on it and you can read what others write.

I will try to write while I’m away and also to post some pictures up

Went out today to try and find those undies that suck your fat in but when I put them on – all they did was push the fat out over the top! looked awful so I thought better to stick with the fat in the right places and look half normal! ( I can hear you laughing!)

 

Early early start for me in the morning, am getting picked up at 3.45am

  1. I am also struggling to lose weight. I have increased my exercise but weight has stayed the same. I didnt think that my eating was that bad but after a month!!!! of losing a couple of kgs and gaining them back in one bad weekend!! I have decided i must be eating to much (and drinking) of the wrong things!! (You say your are slow!!) My sister in law as started back on Weightwatchers and after only 4 or 5 weeks she has lost 6kgs i really have to look at what i do eat in a day really closely.

    I was reading my daughter’s copy of the That’s Life magazine tonight and came across a page with your challenge and the stories of two lovely ladies who have been inspired by you to lose weight. I had been sitting around since the beginning of this year “meaning” to start losing weight for my 40th birthday which is coming up in October. Just reading the two stories from these two lovely ladies (Issue 30 July 28th 2008) made me think, that if these two girls could make a start then so could I. I signed in to your Super Slim Down Challenge site and loved what I have read so far. I’m just sorry that I hadn’t read about your challenge before tonight, but I feel very motivated to join you on your journey – even if the end of the year is just around the corner *grin*. I feel so good tonight already having made a decision to get started! Wooooo hooooooooooo!

    I look forward to reading all of the information that I have received in my email, as well as the information that I have downloaded from your site.

    I will also be spending some time tonight reading through your blogs and the comments by other like-minded women. Thank you for this, and all the best in your journey!
