Good Run This Morning
Had a good run this morning at 8.30am around Hagley Park and it blew off some cobwebs. I still don’t have my period which is a pain as you girls know. Making me feel heavy. Damian suggested something to take but I didn’t write it down so will next time I am talking to him. It’s now 9pm at night and I am overdue for another exercise session so I am about to walk up the hill or jump on the treadmill for a 30 minute run. Food has been good today and I even took my lunch with me to my sister in laws when i went to see their new house. I knew I would be gone for while so that worked out well, not having to find something in a shop. I called into a girlfriends for coffee and had just picked up fresh veges so I took a cucumber in with me (yes she looked at me funny when I walked in with it in my hand!) but what it was for was, they usualy have biscuits or choccys when I go there so I sliced a plate of thin rounds, put cracked pepper and salt ( perfer hymalian salt but they didnt have any) then sat and had that while I had my coffee and it was actually very nice. I have never thought to have cucumber like they were little biscuits but Damians partner made them for us when we were travelling and with cracked pepper and the hymalian salt – they were delicious and so good for me and no calories! You can eat a plate and feel okay!

Added on November 14th, 2008 at 3:29 pmHi Phyllis, me again! as you can see I’m logging onto your blog every day – daily mentally cheering (and sometimes a “YAHOO!!” or “WOOHOO!!” out loud) in support for you to meet your goal, so good to read you had a good day – and in the heat to do all that exercise too – I’ve always wished the sweat that forms in the sun was the same that burned off calories. No period couldn’t mean something else other than it’s been a stressful time???

Yes I am aiming for 2 kilos this week and no more excuses . It’s suck it up and step it up time
I have the weekend to have a really good go at getting it moving
