Heat and Weight Loss
Hey all
I am in Singapore and its day two. Yesturday Garry and I clocked up over 26,000 steps and this morning my legs are sore. It’s hot so I hope that helps my loss.
The hotel we are staying in has a full on buffet for breakfast and I mean full on. There is indian meals, chinese meals, everything you can think of is in the breakfast buffet. I was good and stuck to my choice of high protein while I’m here and had some fish and some scrambled eggs
Today I was going to run but I am going to swim instead as we will be doing alot of walking again today. There is a gym here so will have a look at that later. Last night I tried to get into some routine and get a decent sleep but some kids decided the pool was to inviting at 6am and had a full on screaming and chasing session! So I have started my day early. I won’t be reporting on my weight until I’m back so my start weight is 74.9 kilos . I would love that to be at least 72 Kilos but not sure how realistic that is! fingers crossed – Im going to give it a go!
