Well the numbers are going in the right direction, of course not as fast as I would like them to but hey what I’m doing is working and the greatest thing is I’m not hungry or feeling deprived.
I got home from the West Coast then went off to Kaikoura to squeeze a few more days of holiday and lazing around in. I started back at work yesturday and today I went and joined Curves Gym.
I also dragged the mini trampoline out of the corner of the bedroom and watched a programme I like ( I don’t watch much TV) and in the adds I bounced and boxed away on it. I have decided to go to Curves at 7am each day this week and when ever I watch anything on TV I will bounce away in the adds. I am going to have a wee break from the plan from the 30th January until about the 12th February when I will start on the Curves Weight Management Programme.
It is great timing for me as I’m off on a Girls weekend the following weekend and I’m going to take two days off and enjoy myself. I will drink cocktails and wine but I will not eat carbs and sugars ( YES ! I know alcohol is sugar!)
My challenge this week is going out for dinner for my daughters 18th birthday but as I’m writing that I’m not actually believing it. What a turn around for me! I feel so confident about not blowing it on this plan.
