Hello all

yes I have been missing again

Life is getting so busy and I am not keeping up with everything

my weight has crept back up to 73 kilos which is not great as the time is ticking and getting closer to my Weigh in date

Exciting news though – I fly out on Sunday to Adro , (a winner from The Australian Biggest Loser Programme)to his retreat in Melbourne where I will spend two weeks training my butt off – hopefully literally! So expect a  post daily from me from now on

Thanks to everyone who has emailed me telling me to get my act together with my postings! Also to Lyns email tonight that tipped the scales for me with her directness….Im back Lyn!!
