I’m Back In New Zealand

Hello All

I am happy to report that I have lost weight while away. My weight when I left was 74.9 kilos and on Friday it was 73.5 kilos so I lost 1.4 kilos while away. I have to tell you it was very challenging as being on a cruise ship with several restaurant’s to choose from and yummy tempting food! I did go off the rails for a bit in the middle of the holiday but got back on track again. I was also going great with exercise until a flu went through our group and my energy has not picked up since.

I have spent the last two days with irregular sleep patterns and fatigue so hoping that will be right as it’s back to work and routine tomorrow. My trainer rang me and has booked me in for the next three days and she is looking forward to seeing how I went while away.

I will go back to weighing in on a Tuesday each week. I still have 13.5 kilos to go and only 3 and half months to go – don’t want to start freaking out about it.

I am trying a juice diet for the next 7 days which should help clean out my system and then I think my trainer is putting me on her diet which she used when doing body build competitions.

I do feel like I have learnt a lot now about the science of weight loss and am starting to know that I will get to my goal but the pressure is the short time frame I have left to do it in.
