Hi everyone

its been so long since I posted! un believable how fast life is going

I have been busy helping Damian with the Tour and then the retreat and of course work and all that comes with that. My Gran has also been really sick and had a major operation 10 days ago of which she has had complication after complication. So unfair to put her through all that and then today to see her fading away from us. There is nothing medically that will be causing her to go except that she weighs next to nothing and has no energy and hasnt had any real nutrition for days. She didnt want to be feed and one dumb arse doctor agreed so today i was battling for her to be feed. Finally got it sorted and she is on a food drip, should see an improvement in the next 24 to 72 hours. I was not going to watch my gran starve to death no matter how old she was…!!

Okay now on a personal side ,, i have been so busy looking after everyone else so I have put myself on the back burner which is excatly what I tell the challengers not to do so to lead by example I am back on track in the morning including back on track with food and exercise. Have planned out my meals for the week and seeing it will be mainly up at the hospital i will be pre paring them in the morning. Will see if i can talk Garry into going and getting the stuff I need while I walk to Sunmer and Back. that means I would have got both things out of the way in the same time frame.

I read all the challengers blogs today and they were very inspiring and amazing,It is so hard not to write on everyones blogs but i have to resist as with all the emails I do to reply to everyones each day would take up so many hours, I have over 50 challengers to look after and reading their blogs takes a lot of time let alone all the other stuff so if you are a 112 day challenger and reading this…I think you guys are fantastic and anyone on the challenge who doesnt blog and comment is mad! its such a cool thing to do,lets you dump each night as i have done and also get inspired at the same time
