My 112 Day Challenge – Day 112 Down

Hey all.

Decided to set myself a challenge within my challenge. So over the next 112 days I will see how much I can get off. I started my 112 day challenge today, weighed in at 79.9 kilos. I’m still not back down to the 79.3 but not far awar from it. Why did I choose a 112 day challenge? Well it happens to finish two days before I am due to get on a plane off to Asia for my first ever cruise and I want to not be feeling hot and fat while I’m away. I want to be able to put my swimming togs (bikini!! hmm have to give that one more thought ) on without worrying about all the wobbly bits so If I can go a little harder over the next 112 days then that would be fantastic. My staff are having a sweepstake on how much I will lose over that time.

Goals for my 112 day challenge.

Walk everyday

Stick to a reasonable eating plan for 99% of the time

Move more generally throughout my day (I have set myself to clear any clutter I have in my house, suppose to be good for you and also will mean I’m moving more)

Drink at least 2 litres of water with 3 being the goal

No sugar or empty carbs
