Myra is a gorgeous 18 year old girl who wants to lose 65 kilos and felt that doing at home wasn't going to work. Myra's Mum called the editor of That's Life Magazine Eva who then contacted me based on what Eva knew about Dr Damian Kristof and myself ability to help people lose weight. The short story is that Myra Mum Jena drove Myra through to Hamilton to meet both Damia and myself at a weight loss seminar we were running. After meeting Myra and realising she was looking for a complete life change, I offered for her to come board with my family for 7 months until the 8th December to make some really good life style changes and also to get as much of her 65 kilos off as she could in that time.
