I thought it best to head off to the Doctor and get my weight recorded officially so that there would be no dispute with it at the end of my weight loss journey seeing there is alot of money on the line. As I have started Damians plan I have actually lost a couple of pounds/Kilos so my Official starting weight is 192 pounds (87.6 Kilos ). As a support for myself and others I recorded the four followup phone calls that I did with Damian with his permission and he agreed to allow me to share them with others. He really is passionate about peoples health.

You need as many people as you can believing in you but most importantly you need to believe it in your mind yourself.
