		<description>Have started Turbalance Training and really enjoying the change . Turbalance is a combo of exercises spending less time but working at a far harder rate. The treadmill is only for 20mins with a slow then fast then slow workout with 25 exercises beforhand. so only 45mins 3 x a week with walking or biking or swimming for 1/2hr in between with one whole day off all exercise. At the age of 54yrs i have really started to enjoy exercising!!!!</description>

You&#039;ll probably be very pleasantly surprised with your weigh in.  It won&#039;t be as bad as you imagine it will be *grin*.  Go hard gurl!!!!  Wooooooooo hoooooooooooo!!!!   We have a rule in our house.  If you have your period, then you get to eat as much chocolate over that period of time as you want.  Well, with four of us in the house having monthlies......I&#039;m afraid to say that what I buy for any one of my daughter&#039;s I also buy for myself lol.  

I do feel that I am making progress though.  I haven&#039;t weighed myself since the last time (don&#039;t ask lol),  but I am feeling very good about my workouts in the morning and about my water intake.  I relapsed on the eating after 8pm thing for a few days, but I&#039;m going to tackle it with a lot of gusto again.  

So wonderful to read everybody&#039;s comments to this blog thing.  Take care gurls, and keep up the good work!  Wooooooo hoooooooo!!!!   Phyllis - you are so going to lose that 27kilos by your target date!  I&#039;m cheering for you here!  *smile*</description>
