I am still a runner – just a tired slow one today. Ray says its normal to feel like this after such a big day, didn’t stop us doing a long walk down a long hill then running all the way up it at 6.30am with the trainer Jason who is a sweety and seems to get a good high calorie burn out of me. I then ran all the way back to the retreat so I felt good afterwards. The mid morning session was with Debbie and its boxing which I don’t enjoy but suffered through it with a really low calorie burn but at least I was moving and then after lunch of course one of Ray’s killer sessions! We went to a park and ran around a oval for a couple of times then did a circuit and you don’t even want to know what he gets us to do. Secretly I like Ray’s sessions and I like running with him ,well actually he runs and I follow and not once do I look at his bum! Of course not everyone runs and we are all at different levels and he manages to look after all of us. I have had a slower day and after dinner Sue and I decided to get our acts together and get some more calories burnt so we jumped on the treadmill in the gym and walked out butts off to music. We felt so much better. Dinner was a chicken meatloaf and Cauliflower and cream cheese mash and it was so filling that we had felt like we had over eaten even though we know its the right calorie value. Old messages playing in our heads. Off to have a muscle soak bath and download some music on my IPOD. Wow you have done so well! You have been busting your butt its amazing reading how motivated and focused you are, which is very inspiring. It proves that if you have a good frame of mind you can do anything, even achieve big goals! This website has been so encouraging, especially having someone to relate to. When ever i’m having a bad day and feel like having a naughty snack at work – i flick to your website and keep my mind focused on what i want to achieve! So thank you.
