I’m Back! I didn’t realise how many people log on here and read what I post daily so I will try to stay on track with my postings.

Biggest Loser

I watched the finale of Biggest Loser the other night and I don’t care what anyone says about it being a sad programme. Those people don’t look to sad to me when they get to their finish line of weight loss. I bet it’s only skinny people who think the shows awful. Of course it shows people struggling and sweating and mucking up – it wouldnt make good TV otherwise! Look past the stuff that is played up for TV and look at the opportunity these people get that they wouldnt otherwise get! I say Bring on another session of The Biggest Loser! Can’t wait for my own finale!

My WEIGHT

I am very proud to say I am the lowest I have been so far on this journey – I will report my weight at my weekly weigh in tomorrow. Dont’t forget to tune in to Damians call this thursday! Should be very informative and you will be amazed at what you learn.

I am still aiming for 70 kilos for the 21st July when I get on the plane to go on my holiday! I feel like I can still do it  – will have to go hard though.
