The Biggest Loser Winner in 2006 – Adro

Well here I am , I have 11 weeks to  go and Iflew in yesterday to Melbourne to Adro’s weight loss retreat that he has based it on his time at Camp Eden where he started his weight loss journey in 2006 to win Biggest Loser that year.

I got a shock when I weighed in as I weighed 76.6 kilos , I know I had a bit of a pig out at the airport waiting and the days leading up but I didn’t realise it was quite as bad!

I was pretty tired last night and in overwhelm when I got here, and to protect Adro’s information and of course the other girls who are here I will only be writing about my experiences while here but I must say today I have been on an emotional roller coaster and my brain is doing over time.

I met Ray Kelly last night and had my fitness tests with him today, he is a pretty cool guy – gentle and much quieter than I expected. He knows his stuff and when he asked me what my weight loss goal was for the two weeks I’m here I decided to aim high – and so he accepted it – went away and worked out what I have to do to achieve it but also gave me two more options

One high goal – to lose 10 kilos

One medium goal – to lose 8 kilos

and one very achievable – to lose 6 kilos

so I can only succeed really! I will be happy with the 6 kilos in two weeks but I am here for a short time so I’m going to go hard and make good use of it.

There are some amazing woman in here and some of them are doing a full 12 weeks and you can tell they are loving it.

I know you are all going to ask what is Adro like in person – he is actually quite cute and his personality makes him a very attractive person – of course I am almost old enough to be his sister haha so I’m only saying that with a grain of salt for all you woman who will ask me !

Come back each day as I am posting daily while here – lets see what i achieve in my short time here!

  2. Hey Phyllis!

All the best with your stay there in Melbourne! Of course you’re going to achieve your goal! Woooooooo hooooooooooooooo!!!!! I’ve been going to my morning exercises regularly, but my late night eating is still an issue lol. That’s ok – I still manage to fit into my jeans, so at least I know I’m not getting bigger – just not getting any trimmer either lol.

Take care Phyllis, and please pass my regards to those lovely and courageous women and men over there! Life ROCKS!!!!!!!!!
