The New Me Weight Loss Retreat – Friday
I didn’t write yesterday because i had a really crappy day. It was an emotional roller coaster for me for one reason and another. I did the work in regards to the calorie burn I needed to do but I struggled with the rest of the day.
I ended up having a hot bath and going to bed at 6pm! which I can not remember ever doing! I sleep to 5am the next morning but it wasn’t peaceful and I was burning up all night , not my head just my body so I don’t know if it was energy and weight loss or toxins or what but it was a pretty rugged night. I went to the toilet to pee like all night as well which was annoying especially with my sore calves!
This morning I woke and came done for our usual 6am class and my head was so foggy I thought I would have to go back to bed plus my calves were screaming! But once I started the class and began to move I felt so much better and the rest of the day only improved. I had a session later in the day with the Myotherapist who did wonders for all my aches and pains. They only weight you once a fortnight here so I won’t have anything to report until the last Sunday.
Tomorrow is only one training session so I am going to spend the day walking and then meet some of the girls to catch a movie at the end of the day
Until tomorrow – Oh almost forgot Rosina I got your email but its hard for me to reply here but well done for your decision and I have told the people here that you read my blog and made the decision!

I’m SO proud of you! I know you’re working hard and getting sore. You’re in a fight that I know you will win! All the steps you have taken show great commitment and fortitude. There are many of us out here who wish we were standing next to you to cheer you on but as we can’t, know that you are not forgotten and we are pulling for you from afar, awaiting your next message of victory!
All my best to the ladies who are sharing this experience with you, as well. I’m glad you are in an environment of support.
Janet
