I am so pleased with my results. I think I have found the key for me. I have never lost 4.1 kilos in week and not been hungry. The Key to this is that I am not hungry, yes I have to cut down on some food but at the same time increase the amount of other foods , good foods! and it means that I have little to no hunger and its not damaging my muscle mass or my structrual fat.
I have not been exercising either and this eating plan recommends exercise so I will start walking for an hour a day . More details at www.superslimdownchallenge.com
