Weight Going In The Right Direction

I have just completed a whole week of training with the new trainer and I must say I feel I have come a long way in a short time. I have surprised myself and been running – not continuously but still it’s a start. I have walked to the top of my hill several times this week and had about 5 weight training sessions! I have turned up 4 mornings to do a short 20 minutes walk, run interval training at the gym on the treadmill – So I’m pretty impressed with myself.

The next week will be the tell tale for me as I always start off with a hiss and a roar! This time I have to keep going.

It’s only three weeks until my holiday overseas and I would really like to put on a dress and feel comfortable in it. Don’t get me wrong I am so glad I have lost what I have else I would be feeling awful on the boat.

I have been wearing my Pedometer everyday and writing down the reading each night – what an eye opener that is

Great to hear from all of the people who stay in touch and tell me where they are at. I am going to include a few stories over the next few weeks of others to inspire you and myself.

it was freezing over the weekend and I promised the trainer I would do two walk -runs between lampposts over the weekend and I didn’t make it. I was shattered yesterday so decided  not to do anything and today I just let time get away on me
