What A Week

No weight to report as I am on the Gold Coast and not near my scales. Will Jump on them on Friday morning and do an extra post. I don’t expect it to be to promising. It’s hard to travel and watch what you eat (or is that an excuse?) I find its not a case of what to eat but more like when. I am on a training programme and the main problem is that I am not prepared in terms of taking food to the course with me. I also room shared and instead of walking in the mornings on the beautiful beach I laid in bed chatting! New Refocus – 5 kilos for this month!
