Where Have I Been? Missing in Action!

Hello all! Well I have been missing in action and yes a few of you have emailed me to say where are you!

Wellington

I left on Thursday the 1st of May to go to Wellington to do a trade stall for my business and intended to get on the Internet and write my blog but after doing very long days on my feet and crashing at night the time just slipped away! then I flew home really late on the Sunday night due to a delayed flight, got home at about 11pm and went straight to bed as I had to get up in the morning early to repack for a course in Australia  the very next morning.

Then I get up early on Monday and pack, head into work for a few hours and just before lunch head out to catch the flight.I had all the good intentions to get up early and walk on the beach , after all its the gold coast! well i ended up doing one small walk at the end of the week. The course was full on and finished late most days as well as having to stay up late and getting up early to work on a tender that was due in on the Wednesday. I didn’t get a chance to work on my blog and likewise my focus slipped with eating and exercise and I was doing so well! I am scared to get on the scales! I have until Tuesday before I am getting on them so hopefully I have undone some of the damage. My husband had a serious talk to me about my lack of focus when I go away and he is right – I do just think to myself oh one wine – one meal will be okay! and then next thing I’ve done a few weeks damage. I have to learn how to get control when travelling. I’m sorry that I have let myself down again and instead of beating myself up I just need to get back on track again.
