Finally Back On Track

People have started to comment on my weight loss so it is becoming noticeable. I went through some of my smaller clothes last night and had a try on of them. I think the next 5 kilos will make all the difference.

Having set myself the 112 day challenge and watching the days count down also help as I know at the end of the time I will be getting on a plane and off for my cruise. I want to enjoy the heat and wear less without feeling uncomfortable.
